There are a great variety of activities available to you in the immediate area and I list some of these below. I also have a well stocked library of brochures and leaflets about the locality to help you plan your day.

Riding - I can recommend local riding establishments, very near to the bed and breakfast. A really good way to take in the beautiful countryside surrounding us.

Walks - These start right at the front door. If you are keen on birds, butterflies and wild flowers then this is the place for you . From orchids in May, which is also the time for nightingales, to the happy throngs of sunflowers in June. I have maps of the marked trails that you can use.

Swimming - at Montaigu de Quercy there is a pleasant Bas de Loisirs - a leisure lake for swimming and canoeing. The water is clean and regularly monitored. There is a beach for little children and grassy picnic spots.

Golf. There are two golf clubs near the bed and breakfast. - Golfe d'Espalais and Golf des Roucous.

Parachuting - Nearby at Buloc, there is a "Parachutisme" school, so if you have always wondered what it would be like... check out their website at: www.bouloc-skydive.com

And after... You are welcome to barbeque in my garden. No charge of course, but please replace charcoal and do your own washing up!
